About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an intern, you will learn and support the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and engaging with candidates. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR, IT recruitment, or talent management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and GitHub.
* Screen resumes to match required skills, experience, and technical requirements of open positions.
* Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
* Learn and support the end-to-end hiring process for IT roles such as developers, testers, designers, DevOps, and more.
* Post job openings on job portals and social media channels.
* Assist with campus hiring activities, job fairs, and networking events (if applicable).
* Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality technical talent.
* Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Basic understanding of IT job roles and technical skillsets (training will be provided).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and job portals is a plus.
