Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the organization through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs in a competitive landscape. The incumbent will engage with clients, promote products, and contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

* Conduct face-to-face and telephonic interactions with customers to build rapport and understand their specific business requirements.

* Provide tailored solutions by applying in-depth product knowledge to address customer needs effectively.

Service Quality Assurance:

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical specifications and features of the organization’s products and services, ensuring quality of service through meticulous documentation.

Lead Generation:

* Execute cold-calling initiatives to generate interest in products and services, ultimately arranging meetings to discuss potential business opportunities.

* Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.

Presentations and Demonstrations:

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of software solutions.

Marketing and Promotion:

* Create and design sales literature to effectively market and promote a portfolio of products.

* Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.

Technical Advisory:

* Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding the installation and utilization of computer systems and networks, both pre- and post-sale.

Sales Strategy Development:

* Formulate and implement effective sales plans utilizing established sales methodologies to meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Customer Relationship Management:

* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, promoting additional products and upgrades to ensure continued engagement.

Issue Resolution:

* Address hardware and software-related issues, collaborating with specialized technical colleagues when necessary to resolve complex problems.

Market Research:

* Conduct comprehensive market research to enhance interdepartmental knowledge regarding demographics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.

* Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to inform strategic decisions.

Digital Marketing Engagement:

* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and engage in digital marketing initiatives, contributing to the execution of campaigns across various platforms.

* Assist management in preparing reports and analytics related to marketing efforts and campaign performance metrics.

Competitive Analysis:

* Perform competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and advancement.

Team Collaboration:

* Actively participate in team meetings to provide updates and share insights, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective goals.

 

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technology-focused environment.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles is advantageous.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Salary:

Rs 10,000 - 25,000
