Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Fetch projects for TechQRT (Web, ERP, Software, Mobile Apps, AI, etc.)
Lead generation via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, portals, and references
Client communication & requirement gathering
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team
Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Track leads and follow-ups systematically
Maintain CRM sheet / pipeline management
Assist in closing deals
Stipend & Incentives
Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Performance Incentive: 10% commission on conversions above ₹50,000 business value
